As a Supply Chain Manager, you will drive the efficient processing of goods and services, manage inventory, and ensure cost control within our organization.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the creation and approval of purchases for goods and services
• Evaluate and adjust inventory levels to maintain optimal stock
• Monitor and track weekly expenditure to maintain cost control
• Manage the functions and services of Distribution & Logistics effectively
• Direct quality control functions for materials distribution in collaboration with buyers
• Plan, develop and implement goals, objectives and services consistent with strategic plans
• Interface with Department Managers to understand and cater to their supply requirements
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legislative and accreditation standards
• Act as a liaison and consultant on operations, policies, procedures and services provided by Distribution for all departments
• Select and manage a competent department staff to provide quality services.• Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain management role
• Proven expertise in Supply Chain Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• Demonstrated experience in Distribution Management
• Proficient in managing Quality Control procedures in a supply chain context
• Experience in Cost Control strategies and implementation
• Familiarity with Supply Inventory management and forecasting
• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant field is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant supply chain software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills
