Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Permanent Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to take charge of our initiatives.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture centered around continuous improvement, spearheading operational excellence, and executing enhancement projects throughout the region.

A comprehensive understanding of methodologies such as Scrum, ASQ, Root Cause Analysis, TPM, and other continuous improvement strategies will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Regional Continuous Improvement Manager, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Leading and overseeing continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
  • Implementing and advocating for the use of continuous improvement tools and techniques.
  • Training and mentoring team members on methodologies including Scrum, ASQ, Root Cause Analysis, and TPM.
  • Driving the establishment and application of standardized work practices throughout the region.
  • Collaborating with regional and site leadership to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.
  • Facilitating investigations into root causes and implementing corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the status of improvement initiatives to senior management.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Promoting a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the role of Permanent Regional Continuous Improvement Manager, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a continuous improvement capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and executing continuous improvement projects.
  • Strong expertise in continuous improvement methodologies such as Scrum, ASQ, Root Cause Analysis, and TPM.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Capability to train and mentor team members on continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct thorough root cause analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across all organizational levels.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • A degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
