Job Title: Application Management Advisor

ENGIE North America is seeking a highly skilled Application Management Advisor to play a crucial role in operating and maintaining our Energy Solutions applications portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating application roadmaps, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure applications meet business requirements and are aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain application roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Manage the planning, development, deployment, maintenance, and retirement of applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure applications meet business requirements and are aligned with organizational goals
  • Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation for application processes, procedures, and configurations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in application management and incorporate them into our organization's practices
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements for all applications
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, computer science, or a related technical field
  • Seven (7) years of experience in application management in a professional setting
  • Proven experience with Maximo and/or Procore applications
  • Expert knowledge of application monitoring and management software
