Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Program Development to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for defining and building products, features, and platforms that drive customer engagement and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new products, features, and platforms, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Evaluate industry innovations and technology platforms to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, finance, and international teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage product backlogs, prioritizing trade-offs and opportunities to drive business value.
  • Own identifying opportunities, proposing new strategies, and managing global rollouts.
  • Influence global teams to align with a long-term vision for Amazon.
  • Implement A/B testing, define clear success criteria, and analyze key metrics to measure attribution and performance.

Requirements

  • Masters degree or foreign equivalent in engineering, business administration, or related field, or Bachelors degree with 3 years of experience in engineering, product/program management, or product marketing.
  • 1 year of experience in product/program management and product marketing in a technical industry.
  • 1 year of experience conducting statistical analysis and performing data mining using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and/or related business intelligence tools.
  • 1 year of experience developing and driving strategic initiatives within a cross-functional environment.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $195,900/year to $265,000/year.
  • Telecommuting benefits available.
  • Domestic travel up to 20 percent of the time.
