Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

OptiMindHealth is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our integrated care team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality behavioral health services to patients in a supportive outpatient environment.
Responsibilities:- Participate in the integrated care team model, working collaboratively with physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals.
- Customize care for each patient, determining the frequency and duration of sessions, and providing medication management and individual psychotherapy.
- Perform family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed and/or appropriate to a wide range of presenting problems.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule, with the autonomy to create your own custom schedule and work-life balance.
- Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities, with our back-office support team handling billing, collections, credentialing, and other administrative tasks.
- Licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with persons who have various behavioral health issues, such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments.
- Preferred: Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s).
