Job Description:

Chase Hospitality Group is seeking an exceptional Master Mixologist and Hospitality Leader to join our team at PLANTA Cocina, P Street. As the face of our bar, you will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled guest experience through expertly crafted cocktails and exceptional service.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to lead our bar team and create a warm, welcoming, and positive environment for guests and employees alike. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a world-class beverage program that showcases our unique cocktails and spirits selection.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing bar team to deliver exceptional service and create a positive work environment.
  • Manage inventory, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and ensure accurate reporting and cash handling.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and implement innovative ideas.
  • Continuously develop and improve knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer, as well as mixology techniques and trends.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating and exceeding customer needs and preferences.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume cocktail-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer, with the ability to speak fluently with guests.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Smart Serve Certification is a requirement.
  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, WSET, Prud'homme, or equivalent is considered an asset.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, requiring flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
