Job Description

The Keyholder role is a vital part of our store management team, responsible for upholding company policies and operational processes. Key responsibilities include driving daily sales and profit results, managing inventory accuracy, and enhancing customer loyalty. This position also involves maintaining a safe and productive store environment, cash handling processes, and communicating any issues with the management team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review sales floor daily for merchandising opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.
  2. Review daily sales goals and motivate staff to meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Ensure all company policies and processes are executed at a high level, maintaining a positive and productive store environment.
  4. Support an environment of accountability and fairness, promoting a positive work culture.
  5. Communicate any operational or customer issues to the management team in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to company safety protocols and procedures.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and support, as well as stocking and unloading product shipments.
Requirements
  1. Ability to interpret sales reporting data to improve store performance and drive business growth.
  2. Strong desire to exceed expectations and achieve both personal and financial success.
  3. Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal/communication skills.
  4. Must be over the age of 18.
  5. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
