Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to oversee our nursing staff and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care. This role requires a strong clinical background, leadership skills, and a passion for ensuring our patients receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between staff, physicians, and other facilities
  • Monitor and control departmental operations within approved budgets
  • Contribute to and promote positive relationships between physicians, hospital staff, guests, and the local community
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $46.93 - $65.70 per hour, with opportunities for additional compensation through shift differentials and bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as flexible-spending and health-savings accounts.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additionally, they should have 3-5 years of clinical experience and preferential supervisory experience. BSN and ACLS certification are also highly desirable.
