We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to serve as a Healthcare Supervisor at Trios Health, a leading healthcare provider in Kennewick, WA. This role requires a strong nursing background and leadership experience to oversee departmental operations, ensure patient care quality, and promote positive relationships between staff, physicians, and the local community.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of clinical experience, with a bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate Degree from an accredited nursing school. A current state RN license, BLS, ACLS certification, and supervisory experience are also required. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not mandatory.

As a Healthcare Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising between staff, physicians, and other facilities
  • Monitoring and controlling departmental operations within approved budget
  • Contributing to and promoting positive relationships between physicians, hospital staff, guests, and the local community
  • Providing necessary medications and supplies according to hospital policy in the absence of staff in these departments
  • Providing direct patient care on occasion
  • Being responsible during shift, for the hospital in the absence of department management or administrative personnel

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $46.93 - $65.70 per hour, with a commitment-incentive bonus of $15,000 - $20,000 based on experience, plus additional benefits such as comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible-spending and health-savings accounts, paid time off, income-protection programs, tuition reimbursement, loan assistance, and 401(k) matching.
