- Examine affiliate performance metrics to identify optimization and enhancement opportunities.
Reporting and Insights:
- Regularly review and report on affiliate performance and market insights to provide valuable information to clients and internal teams.
- Lead the preparation of reports and performance summaries, ensuring timely updates of all necessary reporting documents.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and opportunities to improve program effectiveness.
Collaboration and Team Development:
- Work closely with the Director of Business Development and fellow Affiliate Managers, promoting a collaborative and positive team atmosphere.
- Contribute to the training and growth of team members, aligning with the agency's objectives and vision.
Business Growth:
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business prospects while nurturing relationships with potential clients.
- Support leadership in formulating and executing business development strategies.
Industry Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, contributing to thought leadership in the affiliate marketing domain.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, demonstrating a successful track record in driving revenue and managing affiliate networks.
- Familiarity with major affiliate networks such as ShareASale, Impact, Rakuten, CJ Affiliate, and Pepperjam, including the implementation of new programs and affiliate onboarding.
- Expertise in onboarding various affiliate platforms, including loyalty programs and card-linked offers.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in competitive assessments and content evaluations.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to engage eCommerce editors for securing placements.
- Knowledge of industry best practices to effectively serve clients and enhance revenue.
