Senior Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant for the Chief Procurement Officer. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Procurement Officer and contribute to the efficient functioning of the Procurement organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provides advanced administrative support to VP level or equivalent, including monitoring and prioritizing executives' email, highlighting actions, and authoring responses.
- Coordinates and maintains departmental files, as assigned, in compliance with corporate and legal guidelines.
- Follows company purchasing and other established procedures.
- Uses intermediate to advanced software skills to perform assigned work, including Microsoft Office Suite and other business-specific software.
- Coordinates new employee office setups and onboarding, and maintains and manages calendars, including meeting and travel scheduling and domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Proactively identifies and resolves scheduling conflicts, and manages correspondence and schedules couriers and expense reports.
- Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant related experience, with high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience providing support to a VP level or equivalent, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and understanding of business processes and requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter able to function at a high level with general instruction, and builds strong relationships with peers and cross-functionally with partners outside of assigned group as necessary to enable effective and efficient Legal team operations.
- Team-oriented, can-do attitude and desire to be productive contributor to overall organization, with knowledge of procurement processes and terminology preferred but not required.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
