Clinical Nursing Supervisor, Cardiac Services

As a Clinical Nursing Supervisor at Community Health Network, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care in our cardiac services department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of dedicated caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Quality and Safety Outcomes: Proactively work towards achieving quality and safety outcomes, and assist with overall clinical staff development.
- Clinical Leadership: Serve as a clinical lead and resource to all clinical staff in collaboration with the practice manager, including hiring, coaching, training, education, and providing feedback on performance evaluations.
- Talent Retention: Ensure retention of talent by incorporating proper training and development of low-performing staff.
- Clinical Services: Collaborate with nursing administration, practice leadership, and other administrative staff to create efficient clinical services, implement process improvements, and assist in quality initiatives.
- Patient Care: Assist with rooming patients and triage as needed, adhering to established quality principles and standards established by Community Health Network.
- Education: Graduate of a National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing.
- Experience: Three years of related professional nursing experience, with a minimum of two years of clinical supervision or lead experience preferred.
- Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and excellent communication skills.
