About the Role

As a RN Clinical Supervisor at Community Health Network, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of clinical staff, working collaboratively with practice managers and nursing administration to achieve quality and safety outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Development: Proactively work towards achieving quality and safety outcomes, and assist with overall clinical staff development.
  • Clinical Oversight: Serve as a clinical lead and resource to all clinical staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Staff Retention and Development: Ensure the retention of talent by providing proper training and development opportunities for low-performing staff.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with nursing administration, practice leadership, and other administrative staff to create efficient clinical services, implement process improvements, and assist in quality initiatives.
  • Patient Care: Assist with rooming patients and triage as needed, adhering to established quality principles and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of a National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
  • Experience: Three years of medical office experience required, with two years of clinical supervision or lead experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and excellent communication skills.
