Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team at Innova Solutions. As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading infrastructure projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, including project charters, project management plans, and resource allocation plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure projects, including network refreshes, facility migrations, and cybersecurity compliance.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop risk management plans.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in infrastructure project management, with a focus on network refreshes, facility migrations, and cybersecurity compliance.
  • Proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • PMP certification highly recommended.
