About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Infrastructure Developer to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing DevOps infrastructure for a cutting-edge satellite ground system.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and secure DevOps infrastructure for large-scale defense projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy cloud-based applications.
- Develop and maintain Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- Integrate containerized applications with cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Experience building and managing large-scale Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- Experience integrating containerized applications with cloud infrastructure.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Kubernetes debugging skills.
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Docker Certified Associate (DCA).
- Experience programming with Java and Groovy.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $77,000 - $163,000, depending on experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
Clearance Information
This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. More information about Security Clearances can be found on the US Department of State government website.
