The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and seven years of healthcare planning and designing, construction management, or related experience to include five years project/program management.Project ManagementAttend project meetings and provide input and direction at all phases of projects. Track status of multiple projects within the clinical enterprise. Coordinate and conduct meetings to apprise clinical leaders on status of projects focusing on the overall project schedule, programming, and resolution of pending issues. Conduct meetings in a timely manner to resolve project-related issues with appropriate stakeholders. Manage project meeting communications in an organized and concise manner while tracking action items and deliverables.CommunicationsDevelop and adjust project communications plans to ensure that appropriate project information is effectively communicated to appropriate audiences within the institution at appropriate times. Develop and make presentations as needed to effectively communicate appropriate project information to various stakeholders.
