About the Team
Our Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit divisions ensure that we conduct our business ethically. They assist in balancing a healthy risk appetite, allowing us to broaden our horizons. The Issues Management team serves as a second-line function, providing governance and oversight over legal, risk, and compliance matters, as well as control deficiencies. Team members collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure issues are accurately categorized, evaluated, and resolved promptly. Additionally, this team analyzes issue data for patterns and themes to enhance the overall risk management strategy.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the enterprise issues portfolio and its lifecycle.
- Generate and disseminate Issues Management reports.
- Facilitate and lead discussions with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
- Track the progress of issues and ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives outlined in the roadmap.
You will be based in our collaborative hubs. While we are a large team of Worldpayers, we have shared spaces and regular opportunities to connect and celebrate together.
Qualifications
- Exceptional analytical abilities, including problem-solving and communicating complex issues, along with data analytics, measurement, and reporting skills necessary for continuous improvement.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in an analytical capacity, particularly in Risk and Compliance.
- Comprehensive understanding of Risk and Compliance management processes.
- Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems, such as Archer or ServiceNow.
- Capability to lead group discussions and deliver presentations and training as required.
