Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key revenue driver, you'll be responsible for promoting Vaco's services to area businesses and identifying opportunities for growth. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for finance and accounting, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and organizational leaders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in audit, tax, finance, and accounting
  • Collaborate with our elite recruiting team to source top talent and inform them of upcoming projects and talent needs
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and strategic project initiatives
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in talent advisory, audit, tax, and/or public accounting
  • CPA, CFA, MBA, or other professional designation desired
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Proven track record of exceeding individual goals and enhancing winning teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively

Compensation

Compensation for this role will be determined based on a wide array of factors, including individual skill sets, experience, and training, as well as office location and other geographic considerations. The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $100,000, with opportunities for incentive compensation and discretionary bonuses.
