Position Summary:
As a Customer Service Specialist and Inventory Planner, you will be responsible for executing inventory management tasks that include analyzing material stocking levels and consumption patterns. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of replenishment data and generate reports using ERP systems.
  • Initiate and manage purchase requisitions to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Communicate effectively with engineers, buyers, and warehouse staff to ensure alignment on inventory needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding forecasts, inventory levels, and order statuses.
