About Your Role

This role is responsible for leading the execution of process changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of service business processes within ABB.

You will own specific service business processes, define and track rollout plans, and ensure user adoption, business case realization, and management support.

You will also be responsible for demonstrating sound knowledge of business processes within the relevant industry and acting as an expert in realizing the business's long-term objectives.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the execution of process changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of service business processes.
  • Owning specific service business processes and defining and tracking rollout plans.
  • Ensuring user adoption, business case realization, and management support.
  • Demonstrating sound knowledge of business processes within the relevant industry.
  • Acting as an expert in realizing the business's long-term objectives.
  • Managing change management, communication plans, and stakeholder management.
  • Quantifying the user and customer value of the process.
  • Collaborating with IS and Application Owners.
  • Working with other Service Business Process Owners.
