Bartender - Front of House Team Member

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our front of house team at CRS Hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and serving drinks and food to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Interact with and serve customers, take drink and food orders, and provide recommendations
- Create and prepare delicious cocktails
- Maintain an organized and clean bar area
- Stock the bar area as needed
- Handle monetary transactions
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Maintain cleanliness of your area and adhere to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry (preferred, not required)
- Friendly, outgoing, and helpful
- Knowledge of food preparation, food service, and cash handling
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and willingness to assist in various tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
