About the Role:
The Pavilion Behavioral Health System is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of House Supervisor. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership to our staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and supervision to nursing staff
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Illinois
- Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a psychiatric healthcare setting
- Supervisory experience preferred
