Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia, PC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Technician to join our team. As a Medical Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical team in a fast-paced medical office environment.
Responsibilities- Greet patients in the waiting room and escort them to their clinical service area.
- Take vital signs, including heights, weights, and blood pressure (training will be provided).
- Assist with additional clinical services, such as EKG, as the candidate progresses.
- Provide instructions to patients in preparation for their clinical visit.
- Communicate patient information to the clinical team before the start of the visit.
- Maintain an efficient patient flow within the office.
- Support the clinical team in exam room preparation.
- Perform cleaning and disinfection tasks, including replacing table paper and wiping down surfaces.
- No prior clinical training or experience is required; applicants will be trained in the duties outlined above.
- Basic EMR or GPMS training is necessary to start, but can be developed as the candidate progresses.
