Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated student to join our team in the role of Marketing, Communication, and Media Support. This part-time position requires a commitment of one year and is designed for students eager to contribute to an organization while enhancing their professional skills.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing marketing and communication assistance through editorial tasks, including research, image acquisition, and content publication across various platforms.
  • Creating original posts and articles with guidance from the IAV team.
  • Preparing topic packages for publication, such as landing pages or press kits.
  • Developing, maintaining, and updating presentations.
  • Managing the editorial calendar effectively.
  • Conducting data collection and sharing information as needed.
  • Responding to internal and external inquiries.
  • Overseeing and enhancing media monitoring efforts, as well as compiling internal newsletters.
  • Uploading and organizing documents within a knowledge database.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with a focus on Marketing or Communication & Media.
  • Able to manage a workload of 20 hours per week while balancing academic commitments.
  • A strong sense of storytelling and design.
  • Familiarity with social media tools and platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
  • A communicative personality and a collaborative team player.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for technical subjects.
