### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team at Triple Shift Entertainment. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all who visit us.

### Key Responsibilities

* Greet and welcome guests with a smile, setting the tone for a fun and enjoyable visit
* Manage the scheduling of bowling lanes and equipment, ensuring maximum utilization and efficiency
* Educate guests on lane availability, pricing, and promotions, providing expert knowledge and guidance
* Process lane reservations, walk-in requests, and lane assignments with accuracy and attention to detail
* Handle cash and electronic payments with ease and professionalism
* Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing prompt and courteous service
* Maintain a clean and organized desk area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests

### Requirements

* Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
* Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sales systems, with the ability to process transactions efficiently
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
