A Day in the Life of a Quality Control Technician (Monday - Thursday 3:30pm to 1:00am) at Cirtec Medical

In this role, you will assist engineers in the development and maintenance of quality engineering methodologies while providing technical support in new product development, manufacturing, and quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to company standards, quality protocols, and safety regulations.
  • Support qualification and validation processes under the guidance of a Quality Engineer (QE).
  • Compile and analyze statistical data to evaluate process capabilities and manage control processes.
  • Manage various responsibilities, including Calibration Management, Environmental Monitoring Management, nonconforming material reporting, inspection record approval, CAPA process support, identifying areas for improvement, Gemba walks, and 5S initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with medical device regulations (21CFR820, ISO).
  • Technical training and/or experience in a related field.
  • Working knowledge of basic inspection processes and measurement techniques.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Capability to read and interpret assembly drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with Contract Manufacturing.
