Job Overview:

This role is integral to the assembly of high-quality cardiovascular medical devices within a dedicated manufacturing cell.

The responsibilities include detailed assembly tasks and the operation of various machinery and equipment.

Key tasks may involve electronic assembly, casting/coating operations, mechanical assembly, and packaging processes.



Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble medical devices and associated components.

• Work may take place in a controlled cleanroom environment.

• Utilize microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering equipment, adhesive bonding, and operate various machinery.

• Conduct routine assignments in accordance with established procedures.

• Work is consistently reviewed for quality assurance.

• Perform visual inspections and precise measurements on components and assemblies.

• Execute tests on units using computerized testing equipment.

• Repair and rectify devices/components utilizing microscopes and appropriate tools.

• Package devices ensuring all components are accurate and documentation is complete.

• Maintain accurate records to ensure traceability of parts and address quality issues effectively.

• Adhere to safety protocols and utilize necessary safety equipment during operations.

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and meet quality and profitability targets.

• Communicate with supervisors regarding supply/material replenishment and any production challenges.

• Collaborate with the Manufacturing Supervisor/Manager to set and monitor individual goals and performance metrics aimed at improving operational quality.

• Contribute to maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.

• Undertake additional related duties as assigned.
