Job Title: Valve Assembler

Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Co., Inc. is seeking a skilled Valve Assembler to join our team. As a Valve Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the manufacture of fire protection valves and related system components.

Job Summary:

The Valve Assembler will be responsible for assembling and testing fire protection valves, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and test fire protection valves, ensuring they meet quality standards
  • Analyze work orders, blueprints, and shop data to determine materials required
  • Collect and match parts, files, and serial numbers
  • Operate machinery and perform minor repairs as needed
  • Test and isolate issues with products returned to the Product Development Department
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to the Company's 5S program
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of Assembly and/or Manufacturing experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Outstanding organization and documentation skills
  • Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Strong hand and eye coordination in a fast-paced environment
