We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Order Assembly Specialist to join our team at Hallmark Business Connections. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of personalized greeting and custom orders.
Key Responsibilities- Pick, print, process, finish, and package orders to customer specifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating laser printers, paper banders, folders, FedEx shipping stations, envelope sealers, and other equipment
- Maintain quality standards and deliver against deadlines
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with computers, office, and/or mailing machines
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds
- Experience operating smaller pieces of automated printing or mailing equipment
- Experience with Detailed Project Instructions (DPI), Card Fulfillment System, and FedEx Manager
- Ability to work evening/night shift, overtime, and weekends with little notice provided
