Position Overview:


We are looking for a skilled and passionate Clinical Informatics Pharmacist, specializing in Quality Assurance and Data Analytics, to join our expanding team.


In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the engineering and implementation of our clinical software solutions adhere to quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of clinical pharmacy practice, leadership experience in the strategy and execution of clinical SaaS products, a minimum of three years of experience in healthcare data analytics, and a solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics:
Assess client data for trends and insights.

Regularly provide data analytics reports for CaryHealth SaaS products.

Act as a client point of contact for inquiries related to quality or data analytics as needed.

Quality Assurance:


Collaborate with the technical QA team to evaluate CaryHealth products for clinical accuracy and establish repeatable, automated processes for continuous enhancement.

Work alongside the Director of Clinical Services and the CTO to advance CaryHealth SaaS products through SQL code development.

Offer recommendations and solutions for clinical quality improvement when necessary.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
Education:
PharmD from an accredited institution.

Demonstrable abilities in:
Advanced SQL

Project management

Data analytics

Clinical quality assurance

3-5+ years of Data Analytics and SQL experience

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed

Demonstrated proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States to be eligible to apply for this position.

Preferred Qualifications
Degree in computer science or a related field

2+ years of Python experience in data engineering and/or analytics

Managed Care PGY-1 residency is desirable, but not mandatory

$110,000 - $140,000 USD
