Job Title: Excavation Estimator Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Estimating expert to join our team at York Bros Excavation. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for identifying and responding to bid opportunities, performing itemized takeoffs, and building estimates into civil engineering software (Bid2Win).

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and project management skills.
  • You will work closely with our management team to ensure accurate and timely bids.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000 per year, with excellent benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, chiropractic visits, gym membership, and retirement plan.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years or more of Civil Engineering Estimating experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or construction degree preferred.
  • Civil Engineering software experience required (Bid2Win/Heavy Jobs, etc.).
  • Team-player, reliable and dependable.
