At CAMBA, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive services to individuals and families in need. As a Shift Supervisor at our Magnolia House Women's Shelter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shelter, including client intake, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client data using DHS' CARES database
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records
  • Supervise residential aides and social service staff
  • Implement strategies for effective team performance
Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or GED and 3 years applicable experience
  • Must obtain and maintain First Aid/CPR certification
  • Bi-lingual preferred

The estimated salary for this position is $47,500 annually, based on market rates for a similar position in Brooklyn, NY. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, 403(b) retirement plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
