- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and operating permits, as well as NERC standards.
- Project Management: Lead and manage small capital projects, including design, specification, and layout of equipment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a power generation or manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, cost estimating, and project management.
