Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Social Worker to join our team at the Colville Tribes. As a key member of our social services department, you will provide professional social work services to students and families, promoting healthy relationships and community well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychosocial assessments and diagnoses to offer treatments and environmental manipulations in school, home, and community-based settings.
  • Develop and implement case management plans to address the needs of elderly and disabled individuals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, pupil personnel service providers, families, and agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Conduct socio-environmental analyses and prepare social and family histories to inform service delivery.
  • Design and develop behavioral and instructional objectives for clients, promoting positive outcomes and growth.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, with two years of social work experience, or a Bachelor's degree in the Behavioral Sciences with five years of experience working with elderly and/or disabled individuals.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for Tribal Insurance.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of community resources, policies, and procedures related to social services.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to project locations and occasional lifting of objects up to 50 pounds. The successful candidate must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions.
