We will provide comprehensive training on Employment Law, contractual obligations, and claims management. You will collaborate with defense attorneys and our clients to resolve matters related to discrimination, harassment, and other employment-related claims.

Our EPL Claims Professionals take pride in their contributions and enjoy working alongside colleagues from diverse backgrounds, including Law Enforcement, Human Resources, and various legal disciplines, enriching our team with varied perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere by sharing innovative ideas, exhibiting teamwork, and demonstrating a strong commitment to achieving objectives.
  • Conduct thorough and timely investigations into coverage, liability, and damages.
  • Develop, document, and implement effective strategies for the early and cost-efficient resolution of assigned claims.
  • Represent the organization in meetings with management and business partners, as well as during virtual mediations.
  • Utilize technology and systems effectively to manage and track your caseload efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, underwriters, and agents.
  • Exhibit sound claim handling practices, ensuring compliance in areas such as investigation, coverage assessment, and case management.
  • A college degree is preferred; a Juris Doctorate is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Possess a minimum of two years of experience in handling claims of similar complexity or in a legal role.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
