Job Summary

Crescent Services is seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct nightly audits of Point of Service tapes and journals to reconcile revenue and settlements.
  • Run audit reports and journals from the front office system and Point of Service to identify discrepancies.
  • Make corrections and adjustments as needed to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the system to generate daily reports.
  • Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and maintain accurate files.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
