Clinical Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Northern Nevada Health System. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and leading our Geropsych Unit team.
Key Responsibilities- Direct Patient Care: Provide direct and indirect patient care, assessing current patient care situations, priorities, and needs.
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the Geropsych Unit team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with physicians, nurse managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for quality improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Certifications: Current NV State Registered Nurse License, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
