We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Sierra Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical and managerial oversight to our Geropsych Unit.
Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide direct and indirect patient care, assessing current patient care situations, priorities, and needs.
- Clinical Expertise: Revising plan of care as indicated by the patient's response to treatment and evaluating overall plan daily for effectiveness.
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrates an ability to assist physicians with procedures and performs services requiring technical and manual skills.
- Quality and Safety: Ensures high-quality patient care and maintains a safe and clean environment.
- Education: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing required or enrolled in an accredited program within one year of employment.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years' nursing experience.
- Certifications: Current NV State Registered Nurse License, Current BLS & ACLS.
