About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Global Information Systems Group at Lam Research. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex business problems and developing innovative solutions to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop re-engineered processes and automated technology solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Provide consultation to end-users and lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.
  • Work closely with Lam Global Operations teams to understand and support their operational needs and determine the best technology solution.
  • Architect and design business processes and systems solutions in support of business objectives.
  • Serve as a Business Systems Analyst in various projects and initiatives, covering all phases of the project from inception through post-mortem.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of overall SAP experience, with 3+ years of experience with MM, PP, and SD (VC).
  • Demonstrated expertise across multiple enterprise systems, including SAP, Microsoft, Security, and No-code platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical/critical thinking skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently or with limited direction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP S/4 experience, as we will be transitioning from SAP ECC to S/4 in the coming years.
  • WFE or discrete manufacturing industry experience with ETO/CTO/MTO business model in high-volume manufacturing.
