ERP Solution Delivery Lead

Job Summary:

The ERP Solution Delivery Lead will be part of the Enterprise Business Applications team, supporting digital transformation projects in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and complementary applications. This role will lead project work to successful completion, ensuring client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and maintain strategic relationships with client personnel.
  • Understand client expectations and communicate project updates.
  • Identify areas of risk and develop plans to manage those risks.
  • Support the vision of the project solution.
  • Prepare and provide updates to project plans.
  • Maintain detailed work plans in Azure DevOps.
  • Prepare formal and informal presentations for client meetings.
  • Work with the project team to ensure project governance framework is applied.
  • Provide timely project communications to the client.
  • Ensure the project team follows BDO's Implementation Methodology.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree and five or more years of industry experience with ERP solution delivery.
  • High School Diploma/GED and six or more years of industry experience with ERP solution delivery.

Experience:

  • Five or more years of comprehensive ERP solution delivery experience.
  • Experience with project planning, scoping, and management skills.
  • Experience with business process analysis and design and process flow skills.
  • Experience in planning, managing scope, timeline, or budget.

Software:

  • Experience with one or more of the following solutions: HCM Custom Applications Data analytics ERP (Dynamics 365 F&O, Business Central, CE) NetSuite CRM Cybersecurity.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications.

  • Strong business process mapping skills.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate client workshops and sessions.
