Online Order Filling associates focus on efficiently preparing and dispensing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise while ensuring order accuracy prior to customer pickup. Associates are also responsible for making suitable product substitutions and engaging with customers as necessary to guarantee satisfaction.
