**Soliant is seeking a Speech Therapist Assistant to join our team in La Platte, Nebraska.**

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Nebraska State SLP License and a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure best possible outcomes for students

The Speech Therapist Assistant will work closely with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Benefits and Requirements
  • $ 60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Full-time position with guaranteed work hours
  • Weekly pay with competitive salary

  • Prior school-based experience preferred but not mandatory

Location and Working Conditions

This role is located in La Platte, Nebraska, and requires onsite work during the school year.

The successful candidate will be required to maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions, and attend meetings to provide reports on student progress.
