About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Autism Learning Collaborative. As a key member of our treatment team, you will play a vital role in implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your expertise and support will help individuals develop essential skills and achieve their full potential.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will work closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data on client progress, and maintain accurate records. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with ASD and their families.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of BCBAs
  • Collect and record data on client progress, including behavioral skill acquisition and reduction
  • Assist with parent and caregiver training to ensure consistency and effectiveness
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the clinic or home setting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field (high school diploma or equivalent required)
  • Preferred experience working with children with ASD, particularly in classroom or one-on-one settings
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain physical stamina throughout the workday
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
