Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for the Financial Operations Manager role should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or CPA/CMA certification is advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Operations Manager in the construction or real estate sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial management software such as QuickBooks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management applications (e.g., SAP).
- Strong analytical skills combined with a strategic outlook.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership qualities.
