Organic Farm Educator and Youth Mentor

We are seeking qualified professionals to join our team at Hart to Hart Farm LLC as Organic Farm Educators and Youth Mentors.

Responsibilities include planning and co-teaching outdoor farm/environmental activities through hands-on inquiry-based learning, setting up and cleaning equipment, and participating in daily farm chores. You'll also lead campers on overnight outings, participate in staff trainings, and implement camp policies.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in outdoor settings, be patient, fun-loving, creative, and enthusiastic. They should be excellent multitaskers, team players, and communicators with a genuine passion for empowering young people.

A competitive salary of $320 per week is offered, along with room and board. The option to leave the last session if returning to school is also available.

Key Responsibilities:
