We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our extraordinary care team at Residential Home Health and Hospice. As a home health physical therapist, you will collaborate with a team-based environment to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.

About the Role

This is an every other weekend role supporting patients in Jackson, MI, and surrounding areas. You will need to be able to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college
  • Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working
  • Minimum of one year healthcare experience
  • Current driver's license

The estimated annual compensation for this role is between $75,000 and $110,000 based on a fully productive caseload, with potential to exceed productivity.
