Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Organic Farm Camp Counselor to join our team at Hart to Hart Farm LLC. As a key member of our summer farm education program, you will play a vital role in inspiring and empowering young minds through hands-on learning experiences.

About the Job:
  • Co-teach a range of outdoor farm/environmental activities through inquiry-based learning.
  • Supervise and support campers during daily farm chores.
  • Participate in staff trainings, weekly staff meetings, community chores, and miscellaneous maintenance duties.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with children ages 5-16 years old in an outdoor setting.
  • Candidate must be patient, fun-loving, creative, enthusiastic, and confident in ability to motivate and assist campers in learning new knowledge and skills while creating a safe environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good sense of humor.

Salary:
$2,900 - $3,500 per week, plus room and board. We also offer a stipend based on education and experience. If you are returning to school, you can opt to leave the last session without penalty.
