Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage user roles, including Chat Moderators and Channel Administrators, ensuring proper access and privileges across all Esports streaming channels.
  • Update and implement channel artwork, emotes, thumbnails, and cards, ensuring that all new branding is applied promptly and outdated or generic branding is replaced as necessary.
  • Organize and manage VOD content, including the application of metadata, descriptions, keywords, and thumbnails.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to advertising Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on all streaming channels, keeping accurate records as per established protocols.
  • Oversee the whitelisting of music tracks used in Esports streams, ensuring compliance with copyright regulations to avoid channel strikes or demonetization.
  • Enable and disable bots on streaming channels as needed, ensuring that automated interactions align with channel policies and enhance the viewer experience.
  • Manage internal and external user access to channels, including adding and removing vendor access as required, and maintaining security protocols.
  • Keep track of Twitch stream keys, rolling them periodically as needed, and ensuring all relevant parties are informed of updates to maintain broadcast continuity.
  • Work closely with Live Broadcast Production teams to align on channel scheduling, maintaining a comprehensive schedule of all live events across all Riot channels, executing the pre-planned event strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing multiple streaming channels, particularly in the Esports industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Twitch, YouTube, and other streaming platforms, with a deep understanding of platform-specific tools, features, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with external partners and internal teams.
  • Experience with content management, including VODs, metadata, and thumbnails.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
