Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruitment: Collaborate with our leadership team to execute a thoughtful, results-driven approach to legal talent acquisition. Identify trends and proactively pivot to take advantage of opportunities.
- Candidate Experience: Advocate for and provide excellent service to candidates, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout the interview/hiring process.
- Recruitment Operations: Manage multiple components of our social media and legal hiring platforms, including sourcing candidates, posting job openings, refreshing postings, and producing statistical reports.
- Interview Coordination: Conduct scheduling of phone screenings, interviews, writing assignments, and follow-up communications. Handle attorney interview meeting appointments and updates as needed.
- Recruiting Records: Maintain recruiting records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including charts and reports on applicant tracking, evaluation reports, candidate information, market salary data, and intelligence on competitors.
- Onboarding and Training: Work with our operations team to ensure onboarding and proper training are executed. Provide high-touch follow-up with new hires to ensure they are integrating well and address any needs.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure applicant/new hire data is properly entered into our HRIS/Recruiting platform and candidate tracking chart. Update forms as needed and assist with special projects.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of previous experience in legal recruiting required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to positively influence others. Highly detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Professionalism: Represent the firm with honesty, integrity, and professionalism, consistently acting in an ethical manner.
