Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly and ensure they feel appreciated.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all USA Wireless products and services.
  • Assist customers with service inquiries and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Provide consultative support to the Store Manager.
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures.
  • Identify customer requirements, offer suggestions, and respond to inquiries.
  • Handle phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Address customer concerns swiftly and courteously.
  • Exhibit professionalism and enthusiasm while collaborating with the team.
  • Recognize potential theft or loss situations and assist in preventing them.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and backroom inventory.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be at least 18 years old and provide necessary verification and eligibility documents.
  • Exhibit clear verbal communication and listening abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Maintain professional relationships that align with organizational standards.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
  • Commitment to company policies and procedures, including attendance and ethical responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, including making customers feel valued and identifying their needs through effective questioning.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Full-time employees must be available to work at least 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm in achieving team objectives.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of all company products, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
  • Stay informed about competitive offerings and provide valuable market insights to management.
  • Assist customers with service inquiries, ensuring efficient and courteous service in all product and service aspects.
